After losing and gaining the same 15 pounds every year as I tried to diet alone, I decided to stop wasting my time. I joined Weight Watchers on May 8th, 2009 and I'm really excited to start a new, healthier time in my life.
I made this site to chronicle my progress after seeing other womens' sites on the message boards. Hopefully in a couple of months I can be someone else's success story and motivation :)
-Eat less beef & dairy
-Eat fewer processed foods
-Gain muscle mass through strength training/Pilates
-Make it to 135!
